Inuit people are less involved in federal government decisions today than they were before the federal Conservatives came to power, according to Sheila Watt-Cloutier, a leading voice for the Arctic in Canada and in international circles. “There was a time where there was a lot more access,” Watt-Cloutier told the Liberal ‘thinkers’ conference in Montreal Saturday.
